The ability to measure the effect of governance on the financial performance of companies
Abstracts
The study aims to clarify the possibility of measuring the impact of governance on the financial performance of companies directly, to show this the concept of governance was addressed and its financial impact in theoretically, and then case studies were addressed to companies from the Saudi market in three different sectors.
The financial statements and the company’s data were analyzed for four years after the studied companies entered the stock market and improved the governance system. The annual reports were also analyzed to register all the administrative activities and improvements carried out by the studied companies during the study period
The results showed the difficulty of monitoring the financial impact of governance independently due to the presence of activities and other factors in companies that directly affect the financial numbers of the company, which makes it very difficult to monitor the impact of financial governance independently in the practical case, while clarifying the indirect impact of governance on other activities that may contribute to enhancing the financial numbers of the studied companies

Negative governance and their impact on economic institutions
Abstracts
The study aims to clarify the cases in which negative effects of governance appear within institutions and the consequences that these negative effects cause on the performance of institutions.
The concept of negative governance, its causes and the consequences it causes were addressed theoretically, and then practical cases of global institutions in which negative governance appeared were addressed. These cases were analyzed and the reasons that led to the failure of the governance system in these companies were shown. Then some results and recommendations were reached that would prevent the failure of the governance system in companies and lead to a successful and solid governance system.
